Club Night Extra

With this Tuesday being a fifth Tuesday of the month we continued our specials with a one-night Flying Lead mini-tourney run by Rich J.

It was a good chance for us to crack out some sci-fi figures, without keels or oars, and get some solid gaming in with Ganesha’s latest offering.

After a hard day at work Ian borrowed Jon’s Grymn squad, took him down hard, before continuing on to final victory! Well done sir.

If you’d like to try your hand at Flying Lead or Uncharted Seas then just ping us a post and clear yourself a free Tuesday night.

If you’ve been reading our site regularly over the past few months, you’re probably as sick of ships as Abby Sunderland. Let’s week, let’s focus on Rich and Shaun’s Flying Lead instead…

Keep your head down … it’s FLYING LEAD time:

Due to June giving us an extra evening we are running a bring a ‘gang’ and battle mini Flying Lead campaign evening. Hopefully an early start will see us get at least 2 600 point games in. Please come and join in, the rules are very easy to pick up and the campaign details; based on an ‘Enter the Dragon’ type competition; will be posted in the forum this week!

No Camera For Old Men

Oops, I forgot to bring my camera down the club tonight. So, here’s blurry camera-phone photo of the biscuits that we devoured instead…

Why did the biscuit cry? Because its mother had been a wafer so long.

You’ll just have to take my word that The Uncharted Seas campaign continued with another five games and our other gamers took part in a game of Flying Lead.
